The FastGirls philosophy is that the greatest physician can only be accessed from within. We know that the regular practice of mindful fasting allows the body the energy it needs, to heal and rejuvenate our whole life, from the inside out. This organic method of care is one that we can forever rely on for the experience of optimal physical, mental and spiritual health.

FastGirls understand that the power of perfect health is in our hands. Even if we are currently seeing a doctor or taking medication for an existing condition, it is our duty to become and remain intellectually and intuitively aware of the state of our health, knowing how the relationship between what goes into and comes out of our bodies, affects every aspect of our lives.

It is the FastGirls Credo to never give absolute power over to those whom we have traditionally imagined to “know better than us,” the course of action we should take as we journey towards maximum wellness. FastGirls act in collaboration with doctors and healers of body and spirit, knowing that none other than she can give an account to the creator for the unique gift of her life. FastGirls remain aware that we are born into this world with the innate capacity to heal ourselves and that perfect wellness is always within our willing reach.
