About Me:
I am Tamika Newhouse and the President of AAMBC which stands for african americans on the move book club. This club is basically giving readers the book club they crave. Not everyone can leave home to go to a meeting so heres one right on your home PC. I run this site solo so all questions you have will be directed to me. If you have ideas please email me. This has been in the making for a while and I am excited about the discussions we'll have on each book we read. Most months will have a series of books from the same author because the story lines are connected. I am an author myslef in hopes of becoming published. When that comes to past I will absolutely inform each and every one of you. I hope you enjoy the readings as much as I did and will. I was wondering if the members of African Americans on the move Book Club wanted to create a not-for-profit publishing company that publishes Anthologies for the member poets and authors. This anthology could be used to promote the talented Authors/Poets and the AAMBC "brand"

Can we feature you and your book in our magazine? We (Genesis Magazine) are composing a feature article, "Between the Lines" that features new authors. This will include a picture of the author, picture of the book cover, brief article about the author and theme of the book and website etc. We distribute to over 15,000 print subscribers and email our magazine to our 70,000 digital community members. We are waiving our $350.00 feature article fee because we are writers and bias, and understand the struggles of the publication field.
