- My name is Ruth Badraun and I came with my lovely family from the Swiss Alps to Florida 12 years ago. My husband and I enjoy our grown up girls who study architecture in UF, Gainesville. Nutrition, health and fitness is always a passion for me and I really like to help people.
We love to walk our dog a couple miles every day and also to bike up to 10 miles. In our leisure time we love biking, hiking, swimming, snow skiing, tennis, wake- and or snowboarding, cooking, traveling by RV and foreign languages.
Specialties:
Individual advice for a healthier life and a healthy aging based on natural products for everybody.
