- KIMBERLY DALE is the epitome of blessed! At the tender age of 22, she has had the ability to own multiple companies as well as have experiences that others would be grateful to attain in their lives.
Having traveled to Europe in 1999, Kimberly returned to the US with a spark to defy the odds. In 2001, she started a graphic design business under the name of Only Extraordinary Productions. Over the years, she has grown not only into a young woman but business professional.
Years of service with Walgreens Corporate office enabled her to experience a true environment experience in addition to corporate level graphic design. Kimberly has varied in experience from an advanced graphic design intern to the creative director for a Chicago based marketing firm.
Having years of dreams and visions of success she has created Upper Echelon Chicago and began merging her services with other amazing services of other people.

The Real Women Summit
More than 60% of American women and teens are considered plus size, of sizes 14 and above. It’s time for us to stand up and take position as the average, real woman in America! The summit is an idea to bring plus size women of all ages, races and backgrounds together to strengthen each other in the struggle and revolutionize the acceptance of beauty in America!
The 1st Annual Real Women Summit will be held June 26-28th, 2009 in Chicago, IL. The Hyatt Regency O’Hare will host the event, and the weekend will be packed with excitement! The itinerary for the weekend includes workshops, motivational speakers, an expo, discussion panel, fashion show and so much more! Rates for the summit include accommodations (hotel stay and exquisite food), fashion show, discussion panel entry, four workshop opportunities and so much more. Rates range from $350 to $575, depending on the number of women lodging per room.
This summit will be memorable, life changing and ground breaking for both the plus size community and the rest of the world. It’s time for the real woman to stand up and take her place, and The Real Women Summit will be the torch to spark that growth.
The Real Women Summit is an innovative and interactive event experience designed to empower, strengthen and unite plus size women across the US as well as introduce them to life changing resources to better their daily lives.
With over 76 billion dollars in revenue in 2006, the plus size industry is a booming market virtually untouched by today’s retailers. The Real Women summit is primed and ready to offer businesses the opportunity to tap into this powerful buying community thereby gaining new clients for their products and services.
Since we first released news of The Real Women Summit the plus women community has been anticipating more and spreading the word about the event! With many influential speakers, it’s no wonder why the event has gained a following of over 2,000 members since it was announced!
