- About Me:
- I am passionate about creating a healthy and balanced lifestyle for women and men. I endeavor to utilize my God given skills and talents to demonstrate love of God which is the healing power that perfects us.
My career has spanned over 19 years to include administration, sales, marketing, merchandising and management, working primarily in the retail and automotive industries.
After losing my father to lung cancer in 1997, the desire to “accomplish something” to honor my father’s memory became the driving force in my life. That “something” was massage therapy. In 2001, I became a Certified Massage Therapist. I began working as a full time massage therapist at Fundamentals Spa in 2004. As a massage therapist I receive the greatest joy: allowing the healing power of God to flow through my hands to minister to my clients. In 2005, I received my teacher’s certification in the same field.
Currently, I am the owner of Fundamentals Relaxation Spa in Ferndale, MI.
Fundamentals is a full service spa that promises its clients inner peace and outer beauty by providing affordable and luxurious spa services. I am also the owner of Eden Services Corp. Eden Services Corp is the company that will bring many of my talents and skills and under one umbrella. Eden Services Corp. will expand to include Eden Spas – a bed and breakfast and conference center, a cosmetics division, concierge service, personal shopping and image consultant services.
I am confident that I am living a life of divine purpose as I am strategically obedient to the voice of God. Even though I sometimes feel like I am all over the place; I have learned that if God asks me to do something, He will also give me the grace to accomplish it. In 2009, I plan to enroll in Trinity College of Natural Health to pursue a Doctorate in Naturopathy.
When I am not working I appreciate sleeping in, spending time with my friends and receiving a good massage. I spend much of my free time studying the word of God and serving in ministry in my under the leadership of my spiritual parents Pastors Benjamin & Charisse Gibert of Detroit World Outreach Christian Center.
