The National Commission for Reparations (NCR) is a non-profit, membership organization established for the purpose of helping Afro-descendants (so-called African-Americans) obtain justice from the United States Government through international laws that protect human rights.

The discussion of reparations paid for the crimes of slavery is not anything new.
