About Me:
DRUM's mission is to educate and promote awareness for human rights to be restored to Afro-descendants of slaves here in North America, Latin America and the Caribbean. DRUM supports the unparalled work of the Honorable Silis Muhammad and AFRE (All For Reparations and Emancipation) as well as the National Commission for Reparations as they work to win the support of the United Nations and the international community.

Through DRUM, the Ambassadors will uplift, educate and empower 250 million black people and their communities with the knowledge of human rights and the importance of self-awareness. Why? Well to date, we continue to live without being recognized anywhere in international law. Our public engagement efforts expands awareness of our mission and increases community involvement. Additionally, our mission interlocks with partners throughout the entire Slavery Diaspora.

We have launched with offices in Atlanta, Houston, Detroit, New York. Stay tuned for information on website, Ambassador initiatives and how you can become a part of our work, schedule an ambassador and; our calendar of events.

The NCR was established by Mr. Silis Muhammad in the early 1990s. The original Commissioners were Afro-descendant attorneys whose task was to research human rights law, and write a petition to the United Nations regarding v… Continue

REPARATIONS FOR THE ABSOLUTE WORST CRIMES AGAINST HUMANITY

The discussion of reparations paid for the crimes of slavery is not anything new. The demands have been made by many, but only Mr. Silis Muhammad of AFRE (All For Reparations and Emancipation) has moved this issue far up the ladder and across to key offices around the world. We, Afro-descendants, of those beloved ancestors are collectively without human rights. Reparations is paid from one nation to another. In order for us to have reparations, we must come together as a nation and work together… Continue
