- Is there a joyful and fulfilling life after the tragedy and setback of abuse? What does faith, determination, persistence and perseverance have to do with it? Is the ultimate purpose to our earthly lives controlled by a supernatural presence?
Blondie L Clayton is more than a conqueror. She is no longer having a pity party with the “bad things:” that have plagued her life for over 40 years, instead she has found peace, joy and fulfillment, delivering a message of hope to others.
A dynamic speaker among speakers, a living example of the mercy and grace of a loving Father, Clayton has taken the impossible by faith and witnessed the possible. Her mission in life is to use the healing of the destructive patterns in her life to bring life to others.
Clayton was inducted into the Speakers Hall of Fame by The Professional Speakers Network, under the tutelage of Dr. Tina Dupree, known as the “Chicken Lady”, in 2000. In addition to receiving many recognitions and awards for outstanding service and performance, Clayton has written numerous articles for local publications, internet sites and has appeared as a guest on local radio stations, hosts an online radio and web TV video show. Clayton and husband Frank have been volunteers through local and national youth organizations for over 12 years, influencing youth with their life stories to make better choices. She is the co-founder (along with husband Frank) of an independent publishing company and an organization to prevent and intervene in HIV/AIDS epidemic by providing educational seminars to adults and youth.

Hope all is well. I am currently reading "Never Eat Alone," and I highly recommend it. It gives great networking advice. It is so hard to network when you're so busy .. so locally I started an intimate little social group where women of color get together JUST TO HAVE FUN. You mention networking and people run for the hills. We do things like bowling and in January I am hosting a brunch and we are all networking but don't realize it. I find never using the word networking is what keeps new people joining on.
The Southern Entertainment Awards, originally out of Nashville, at Harrahs casino in Tunica, Ms. I am nominated this yr. I need everyone support on this voting process.
